Eligibility and account requirements

• You must be 21 or older and legally permitted to buy alcohol.
• You must provide accurate account, contact, billing, and order details.
• Website checkout may require sign-in, verified email, phone number, and date of birth before an order can be submitted.
• You may not buy alcohol for a minor, an intoxicated person, resale, or any illegal purpose.

Products, pricing, and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, alcohol by volume, availability, and promotions accurate. Inventory can change quickly in store and online. We may correct errors, limit quantities, substitute only with your consent where appropriate, or cancel items that are unavailable.

Orders and fulfillment

Online orders may be available for in-store pickup and California-only delivery or shipping, depending on current store settings and checkout eligibility. Fulfillment options, fees, minimum order amounts, and service areas are displayed during checkout.

Payment and secure checkout

Online card payments are processed securely by Stripe Checkout. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Pickup orders may also offer pay-at-store when enabled. Taxes, shipping charges, discounts, and totals are shown before payment is completed.

Age verification and refusal of service

Every alcohol order is subject to age and identity verification. The recipient or pickup person must present valid government-issued photo ID showing they are 21 or older. We do not complete alcohol handoff to minors, visibly intoxicated persons, or anyone who cannot provide acceptable proof of age and identity.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Alcohol returns and refunds are limited by law and store policy. Damaged, incorrect, missing, unavailable, or cancelled items may be eligible for review. Opened alcohol generally cannot be returned.

California Proposition 65 warning

Alcoholic beverages sold in California carry a Proposition 65 warning about cancer and reproductive harm. The warning appears on product, cart, checkout, and policy surfaces before purchase.

Promotions and coupons

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and Stripe promotion codes are subject to availability, expiration dates, product eligibility, minimum order amounts, and legal restrictions. We may modify or end a promotion at any time unless prohibited by law.

• Use the website or store services for unlawful activity.
• Attempt to bypass age, identity, payment, or fulfillment checks.
• Access, scrape, copy, or interfere with website systems without permission.
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment information.

Intellectual property

Website content, images, logos, product copy, design, and software are owned by AP Liquor, suppliers, licensors, or other rights holders. You may not copy or reuse them except as permitted by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our website and products are provided as available. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, order delays, unavailable items, or third-party services, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by California law. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires another forum.
