AP Liquor offers online ordering for in-store pickup and California-only delivery or shipping where available. Current fulfillment options are confirmed during checkout.

Current fulfillment settings

  • In-store pickup: currently offered.
  • California delivery or shipping: currently offered where eligible.
  • Eligible destination states: CA.
  • Standard delivery or shipping fee: $4.00.
  • Minimum order amount: $10.00.

Checkout is the source of truth for current fees, minimums, availability, and eligible addresses because store settings may change.

In-store pickup

Pickup orders are collected at 2263 Fairview Rd # Q, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. Wait until you receive a ready-for-pickup notice before coming to the store. Bring the order number and valid government-issued photo ID.

Pickup by someone else

Checkout may allow you to designate another pickup person. The pickup person must be 21 or older, present valid government-issued photo ID, and provide order details. We may refuse pickup if identity, age, or order details cannot be verified.

California delivery or shipping

Delivery or shipping is limited to eligible California addresses unless checkout explicitly allows another destination. We do not ship alcohol to states or locations where the order is not permitted by our store settings, licensing, carrier rules, or applicable law.

Address eligibility is checked before checkout and again when the order is submitted. An address that appears eligible may still be rejected if it cannot be verified or fulfilled.

Delivery handoff rules

  • The recipient must be present for alcohol handoff.
  • The recipient must show valid government-issued photo ID proving they are 21 or older.
  • No-contact delivery, unattended drop-off, mailbox delivery, and delivery to a minor are not allowed.
  • We may refuse delivery to an intoxicated person or when ID appears invalid, expired, altered, or unreadable.

Delays, unavailable items, and missed handoff

We work to fulfill orders within the time windows shown at checkout or communicated by the store. Weather, traffic, inventory changes, carrier issues, payment review, and ID problems may cause delays. If we cannot fulfill within the promised time, we will contact you with updated options, which may include waiting, substitution where appropriate, cancellation, or refund.

Incorrect address or failed delivery

Customers are responsible for accurate address, phone, and recipient information. Failed delivery caused by incorrect details, unavailable recipient, failed ID check, or refusal may result in cancellation, return to store, restocking, or non-refundable delivery costs where allowed.
