Order Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when online orders from AP Liquor may be cancelled by the customer or by the store.
Customer cancellation requests
You may request cancellation before an order has been prepared, picked up, delivered, shipped, or otherwise fulfilled. We will review the request based on order status, payment method, product type, fulfillment step, and legal restrictions.
When cancellation may not be available
- The order has already been picked up, delivered, shipped, or handed off.
- The product is opened, altered, chilled, special-order, allocated, or final sale.
- The order is already in a carrier or delivery process that cannot be stopped.
- Cancellation would conflict with alcohol law, payment rules, or fraud prevention review.
Store cancellation rights
We may cancel all or part of an order if:
- An item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or listed with an error.
- Payment fails, is disputed, appears fraudulent, or cannot be verified.
- The account, buyer, recipient, or pickup person does not meet age or identity requirements.
- The destination is outside the eligible service area or cannot be legally fulfilled.
- The customer does not respond to reasonable requests needed to complete the order.
- Pay-at-store pickup is not completed within the store's reservation window.
Age or ID failure cancellations
We will not complete alcohol handoff if the recipient or pickup person is under 21, appears intoxicated, lacks valid government-issued photo ID, or cannot prove age and identity. The order may be cancelled, returned to the store, or handled under our refund policy.
Refund path after cancellation
Approved refunds for Stripe online payments are returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Approved pay-at-store refunds are handled at the store through the original in-store payment method where possible. Bank and card issuer timing may vary.

How to request cancellation
Contact us by phone or email with your order number, name, and reason for the cancellation request. For urgent requests, call the store during business hours.
